Socrates Brito, a foreign-born hitter for the Kia Tigers of the Korean Baseball Organization (KBO), led the way in securing the winning series.

Socrates went 3-for-5 with two RBIs, including the game-winning hit against the Samsung Lions at Samsung Lions Park in Daegu on April 3.
Socrates, who started in center field in the No. 5 spot, grounded out to first base in his first at-bat, but added an RBI single to right field in the third inning with runners on first and third. Socrates, who completed his multi-hit game with a single up the middle two batters later in the fifth inning, singled to left field with two outs in the seventh inning with the score tied 4-4 to bring home Na Sung-beom from second base. He was retired on a grounder to second base in the ninth.
After the game,
Socrates said, “I’m so happy that I was able to complete my three-hit game today and contribute to the team’s win. Individual performance is important, but I’m more focused on helping the team win every game,” said Socrates.
“I’ve been feeling better at the plate lately, so I’ve been focusing on every at-bat to be aggressive at the plate. I’m glad my family was able to come out to the ballpark today, 고스톱사이트 and I want to tell them how much I appreciate and love them.”
